Its been almost a month now and no one reached out regarding my equipment being broken into at Hoffman Truck Services & Parking. They said they would review the video for 3 weeks but continued to say, ‘we need to check another angle’. Management, we were parked right in front of cameras pointing directly toward our truck. It would have been nice to review those cameras. After making a report with the sheriffs office, the officer was sure they wouldn’t assist them in anyway because they tried many times to get footage which means it happens often. Management, why wouldn’t you assist authorities to make your lot more secure and safe? If your multi Security guards and video surveillance lot can’t keep intruders out, let the cops help you by giving them the video surveillance. Management, is the story the same as of today 12/18/23? Quote, “Someone broke into your truck and stole 10 chains and 10 binders on foot in broad daylight with Security on duty and hopped the fence right in front of surveillance cameras? and other trucks where broken into also the same day and the same time? Moral of the story, if you park here your truck will get broken into by the same people you pay to park t

I understand things happen, however, when a company advertises “SECURE parking with 24/7 security guards & cameras, you believe that should someone attempt to steal anything, they will 1) be deterred because of security & cameras, caught in the act, or if they were not seen in the act that the SECURITY CAMERAS would be utilized to apprehend the perpetrators! Instead, upon entering the gate security followed ME. He approached me and described exactly what happened, step by step, how our equipment was stolen. It made me very uncomfortable because it was so detailed that it sounded like HE was the perpetrator! Then he said, “oh,
